Accessibility

Attractions at Halloween Haunt Fest are an immersive experience featuring state of the art special effects, smoke, strobe lighting, darkness, loud noises, live actors, enclosed spaces, changes in floor height, tight twisting corridors and low ceilings.

Due to the nature of these essential elements, attractions are not recommended for pregnant women and people with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, claustrophobia or of a nervous disposition. Always check the attraction information outside of each attraction and seek medical advice beforehand if you are affected by any of these conditions. Attractions may be physically demanding and unsuitable for visitors with mobility needs and some sensory issues for example you may be asked to crawl through tight spaces etc. Wheelchairs are not able to safely navigate the attractions.

For these reasons Staff members reserve the right to refuse admission to any attraction should they feel that there may be a danger to an individual or others during either normal operation or in the event of emergency procedures.

We want our guests to understand these decisions are not taken lightly and a member of management team will always be available to talk to.

We have allocated a blue badge parking area close to our event entrance.

The event site is primarily a grass field space with some limited gravel and paved walkways.

Accessible toilets are available within the event.

Nick Doherty Productions are proud to recognise the access card.

Guests with a +1 Symbol can claim a free essential companions’ wristband with their pre-booked ticket. All you need to do is book 1 ticket for the person requiring assistance and bring your access card to the event. When you reach the ticket gate simply show the staff member scanning tickets your access card with the +1 symbol and they will issue the essential companion a wristband free of charge.

We also recognise the queuing symbol on the access card. Guests who struggle to queue in a conventional queue can queue for attractions virtually by getting a return time from attraction hosts outside attractions.

Guests with accessibility needs who are unsure about the suitability of the event are invited to contact the Halloween Haunt Fest HQ on [email protected] Â
