Age Restrictions and ID
Halloween Haunt Fest is a recommended 16+ event. Due to the nature of the event and level of scare, the event is not recommended to anyone under the age of 16.
If you are under the age of 16, you must be accompanied by a full-paying adult (18+) throughout the evening, including in attractions.
16–21-year-olds must be able to prove their age with a photo ID to enter, unless accompanied by an adult (18+). Proof of ID must be photographic (Passport or Driving License), and photocopies are permitted.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol.
Animals
Due to the nature of the event only certified trained guide dogs are permitted on site. We strongly advise against any animals entering the attractions.
Eviction Policy
The event is produced for the enjoyment of all those persons who attend. Any person who disrupts the event under any of the below sections will leave themselves liable for eviction from the site. The decision as to the eviction will be at the discretion of the event manager and security staff. Persons will be liable for eviction under the following circumstances:
- Entering or being onsite without a ticket
- Unacceptable, disruptive or anti-social behaviour including:
- Illegal activity;
- Breaching the terms and conditions of entry;
- Failing to submit to a search upon entry to the site;
- Climbing barriers/walls;
- Offensive behaviour;
- Throwing hard objects in the direction of people;
- Encouraging others to behave badly by incitement;
- Preventing our security or emergency services reacting to a situation;
- Committing a criminal offence but not arrested by the police;
- In possession of unlawful drugs;
- Unofficially selling alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit or any unauthorised goods;
- Any other behaviour that leaves the premises licence holder open to prosecution or is not conducive to maintaining a safe event.
- Having been arrested or cautioned in connection with a criminal offence, pending or post hand-over to the Police
Eviction Procedure
All evictees will be taken to the security office where they will have their name and address taken to prevent them from applying for future tickets. Nick Doherty Productions will not be responsible for ensuring that they leave the site with their belongings.
All evictees will be evicted from the site via the Main Gate and their wristbands will be removed to prevent them re-entering the event.
Restricted Items
The following items may not be brought into the event:
- Alcohol
- Unsealed liquids (empty bottles, water and soft drinks up to 500ml are permitted)
- Food (Please alert us in advance if you must bring your own food for medical reasons/specific dietary requirements)
- All gas canisters of any size, including nitrous oxide
- Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
- Excessive amounts of cigarettes
- Fireworks
- Flares
- Drones
- Glass
- Illegal substances
- Legal highs
- Full face masks
- Full face of face paint
- Megaphones
- Portable laser equipment and pens
- Balloons or kites.
- Unauthorised professional film, video or photography equipment
ALL ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Wristbands
Wristbands provided at the box office / wristband exchange must be worn for the duration of your visit. Look after your wristband, if it is damaged or lost you will be evicted from the event. If you have any issues please find a staff member for help.
Smoking
Smoking (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside attractions, queue lines, and all non-smoking areas.
